What types of silk ribbons do you offer?
We offer three premium silk ribbon styles: Silk Classic Ribbon, Silk Gossamer Ribbon, and Silk Velvet Ribbon.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
Free Shipping: Orders $59.99 and above
Flat Rate: $12.99 for orders below $59.99

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer global shipping. However, due to international regulations, we do not ship to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea Region, or Sudan.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error, in which case we cover the return shipping.
How do I request a return or exchange?
